Wendy: I love cheese and onion too though not as a crisps flavour. the cheese is fun to make and really easy. Would be a good experiment for children!

Sasa: Wild garlic has always been cooked with in the Uk but its really shot to prominence in the last few years as everyone has got back into foraging for foods. Its nice to have a small secret patch in the garden! Glad you like the picture, I can recommend trying to make the cheese its lovely and light.

Ooh I bought some rennet recently in Waitrose I think... I am a sucker for seeing something obscure and hoarding it. I love the idea of making my own cheese but I need to find some muslin cloth first.

Dan: yes wild garlic season is here yipee! Yeah the woodland is the backgarden, of course ;0

Deeba: Hmm the recipe just said rennet and I adapted according to the instructions on the bottle I had. Do the rennet tablets have any instructions with them, I've not seen rennet tablets so don't know how much you might need. The cheese in the picture was my first cheese making experiment and now I am a convert.

Lynne: Well some cheese are made with skimmed milk so it should work, it'll be less rich. I would say just make as a treat or make less but you could give it a go with erm water, I mean skimmed milk ;0

Fabulous! do you think it would work with skimmed milk?

I know it will be best with whole milk, but would it be acceptable?
