It is! OH saw a chef on TV finish them under the grill, that seems to work well, just veils the yolks but leaves them runny. He doesn’t care actually, but it upsets me to serve him eggs with wet tops! I should get a life…

I think if you have lots of fat you can flip bits on the top to cook the white but not the yolk. sometimes I do them easy over. I love runny yolk but not white, very hard to get right.

Hurray! I have a real thing about slippery egg white.. I can happily eat uncooked meringue, but not the slidey stuff. I usually end up with slightly overcooked yolks just to avoid any uncooked wet white…

Agggghhh you like wet tops to your eggs!! I have a real issue with uncooked egg white.. :((
